This
contest will be judged on poise, personality,
appearance, knowledge of the Fair, Fair entry and
quality of responses. Among other cash prizes, the Fair
Queen will receive a $200 U.S. Savings Bond from the
Fair Board, will reign all five days of the Fair and
will receive an all-expense paid trip to the State Fair
Convention in Hershey. Both the queen and her court will
receive gifts from the Fair Association and other
sponsors.
CONTEST
QUALIFICATIONS
1.
Must be age 16 by June 1, but not yet 21
2. Must be single
3. Must be a resident of the Northwestern School
District
4. Must be a graduate of, or presently attending, high
school
5. Required to attend each day of the fair
6. Must have an entry in the fair
7. Must be willing to attend state competition
8. Pregnancy during reign as queen will result in
forfeiture of the title
