Only By
Grace combines contemporary and southern gospel styles with
family harmony to provide a variety of music for all ages. The
group is made up of five members:
Amy Harlacher
is an Administrative Assistant for Brethren in Christ World Missions
for International Ministries when she is not singing with Only
By Grace. Drew Jacobs is the emcee for Only By Grace
and helps to write songs for the group. Dave Jacobs has
been traveling and singing gospel music for 12 years. Dave manages
the group’s website and his baritone voice helps create the
unmistakable sound of Only By Grace. Janna Whitenight is
the newest and youngest member of the group. Janna won the King’s
Kids’ Camp talent contest in 1999 and thus met Drew and Amy.
Tim James was given a special gift from God to play the
piano and has been since he was three years old. Tim does most
of the arranging for Only By Grace and runs his own recording
studio.
Amy, Drew,
and Dave have sung together for years and are the children of
the “Jacob Brothers”, an evangelistic team well-known
throughout the eastern United States. Tim and Janna add their
instrumental and vocal abilities to round out this talented group
Only By Grace.

The Northwestern
Ministerium is an association of ministers from twelve different
churches in the Northwestern area that meet monthly for prayer
and planning of united ministries, including the Northwestern
Food Pantry and two services of worship each year at Thanksgiving
and Good Friday. The Ministerium has organized prayer services
for our armed forces and the National Day of Prayer. The Northwestern
Ministerium is an asset to our community in united prayer.
